Why does weather seem to have a mind of it's own? I think it has the mind of a little sibling. Like today. It's horrendous, freezing, cloudy, dark and damp at 2:00, then at 4, it's all sunny and beautiful! As if it's innocent! Weather can be so annoying sometimes.
